Grilled teriyaki chicken & oven raosted potatoes

This doesn't have anything to do with food (except that it happened while I was making the salad). I was in the kitchen making the salad and Frank came in the house to get something. I commented on how LOUD the kids next door were. I said, "those kids only have two volume settings - dead silence or Oh-my-God-I-want-to-rip-my-ears-off!" I turned and he was standing there, brandishing his axe, and he smiled a wicked little smile and said, "I can take care of that." ;) Anyway, it just cracked me up and I felt like sharing.

I put Sesame Seeds & Light Asian Sesame Ginger dressing on my salad tonight to go with the chicken.

Kevin (our 22 year old son) & Jill (Kevin's girlfriend) came for dinner. I marinated boneless chicken breasts in teriyaki sauce and Frank cooked them on the hibachi, and I made oven roasted potatoes to go with them. I just cut up the potatoes and tossed them with a little bit of EVOO, salt & pepper, and spread them out (in a single layer) on two baking sheets and put them in a 450* oven for 40 minutes. YUM-O!!!

Chicken & potatoes - 11 points.
