I made a crockpot full of Hungry Girl's "Dan Good Chili" a few weeks ago, and I froze some. I wasn't in the mood to cook tonight, so I took one out of the freezer this afternoon for Frank's dinner. It's kind of spicy (to me) and I'm not in the mood for spicy tonight, so I'll eat leftovers from last night. This bowl is 2 generous cups of the very tasty (vegetarian) chili and is only 5 points. I used a Light Flat Out wrap (1 point), with 1/2 cup of fat-free refried beans (1 point), & 1/3 cup of Weight Watchers shredded Mexican cheese (2 points) to make him this 'burrito' to have on the side. Of course he's having all of this with a salad. (not pictured)
