breakfast & Baked Beef Ziti

I was so enamored with my cereal this morning (with fresh blueberries in it), I just had to snap a picture. Before Saturday (when Frank bought them at a farmstand down the road) I hadn't had blueberries since I was a kid, and both times I threw up when I ate them. So I've been reluctant to try them again ever since. But we've been discussing the possibility of moving to Maine one day, and Frank said I simply can't move to Maine 'till I can eat blueberries. (he made a twisted sort of sense - LOL!) So I tried one, and it was delicious! Surprise!

1/2 cup of blueberries over 1 cup of Quaker Crunchy Corn Bran Cereal with 1/2 cup of skim milk. (2.5 points) YUM!

Supper was a Weight Watchers recipe - Baked Beef Ziti. Except I used ground turkey breast instead of beef, and (whole wheat) elbow macaroni instead of ziti. So I guess it was really 'Baked Turkey Elbows'.

2 servings of this plate of yumminess came to 10.5 points, plus an extra 2 points for the extra cheese I used. We'll have the leftovers later in the week.
